金沢出身の初代が富山ブラックをベースに京都の澤井醤油店（創業160年の老舗醤油店）のたまり醤油を使用したらーめんを屋台で始めて約50年 三代目となった今も創業当時の京都北山新町の屋台の味を受け継ぎながら進化し続けています。
If the first generation from Kanazawa used Tomari soy sauce from Sawai soy sauce store (founded 160 years old soy sauce store) based on Toyama Black and started serving noodles in stalls for about 50 years and now it is the third generation Kyoto Kitayama Shinmachi at the time of its establishment It continues to evolve while inheriting the taste of the stalls.
